Rules: 10 Ball Rotational Play. 10 will NOT count on the break ... but Early Combos are allowed. Races to 7 unless Handicap Fargos Ranges are different. 531-575 (7) wins 500-530 (6) wins 499 and under (5) wins. If your even in Fargo you play races to (7) winner and loser side, It is Double Elimination until the Finals then its a Race to 11. No Splits Sorry. 3 Foul Rule in Effect. Cue Ball Fouls ONLY. Call Shot Call Safe. If you call a shot and Hook your opponent they can opt to give you the shot back. No Defense on a Made Ball. Alternate Break. Fargo Rating subject to Review at Pre-Register by the Tournament Director. under 499 is 1 skill level no match handicap will spot more than a 7-5 race
